1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SNOZCOIN platform ("Platform"), including the website at snozcoin.xyz and any associated services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any updates thereto.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of blockchain technology or cryptocurrency is prohibited
• Have a compatible Stacks wallet (Leather, Xverse, or other supported wallets)

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Platform Description

SNOZCOIN is a decentralized creator monetization platform built on the Stacks blockchain, secured by Bitcoin. The Platform enables:

• Direct Creator Support: Users can send STX (Stacks tokens) directly to creators as tips
• Content Access: Creators can offer gated content that users unlock with STX payments
• Reward System: Users earn SNOZ tokens (non-monetary utility tokens) for platform participation
• Community Features: Tier-based access levels and community governance participation

The Platform operates through smart contracts deployed on the Stacks blockchain. All transactions are public, transparent, and immutable once confirmed on-chain.

4. Wallet Connection & Custody

4.1 Non-Custodial Nature

SNOZCOIN is a non-custodial platform. This means:

• We never have access to your private keys
• We never hold, control, or custody your cryptocurrency or digital assets
• You maintain complete control over your wallet and assets at all times
• All transactions are executed directly between your wallet and the blockchain

4.2 Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Maintaining secure backups of your recovery phrases
• Ensuring the security of devices used to access your wallet
• Verifying all transaction details before signing

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Platform for any illegal activities
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Not engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or other users
• Report any bugs, vulnerabilities, or suspicious activity to our team
• Understand and accept the risks associated with blockchain technology

6. Creator Terms

6.1 Creator Responsibilities

If you register as a creator on the Platform, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate profile information
• Create and deliver content as promised to supporters
• Comply with all applicable content regulations and intellectual property laws
• Not post prohibited content (see Section 8)
• Report your earnings for tax purposes as required by your jurisdiction

6.2 Revenue & Fees

Creators receive STX payments directly to their wallet. The Platform may charge a small protocol fee on certain transactions, which will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is signed.

6.3 Content Ownership

Creators retain full ownership of their original content. By posting content on the Platform, you grant SNOZCOIN a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Platform.

7. SNOZ Token Terms

7.1 Token Purpose

SNOZ tokens serve exclusively as:

• A measure of platform participation and reputation
• A mechanism for unlocking community features and tier benefits
• A governance tool for future platform decisions

7.2 Token Characteristics

• SNOZ has no monetary value
• SNOZ cannot be purchased, sold, or traded
• SNOZ is earned only through platform participation
• STX (Stacks) remains the only currency for all monetary transactions

7.3 Not an Investment

SNOZ tokens are not an investment. They are not intended to be a store of value, security, or financial instrument of any kind. Do not acquire SNOZ with the expectation of profit or financial return.

8. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Content that violates any law or regulation
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Content promoting violence, hate, or discrimination
• Sexually explicit content involving minors
• Content promoting illegal activities or substances
• Malware, phishing, or other malicious content
• Spam, scams, or pyramid schemes
• Content that violates others' privacy

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform IP

The SNOZCOIN name, logo, and platform design are proprietary. Our smart contract code is open source and available under the MIT license on GitHub.

9.2 User Content

Users retain ownership of their original content. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Platform.

9.3 DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, please contact us at legal@snozcoin.xyz.

10. Disclaimers & Limitations

10.1 No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10.2 Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to:

• Irreversibility of transactions
• Volatility of cryptocurrency values
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Network congestion and delays
• Regulatory uncertainty

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOZCOIN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SNOZCOIN, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
• Your blockchain assets remain under your control (non-custodial)
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SNOZCOIN operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on the Platform
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Providing prominent notice on the Platform

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
